Wayne Willard

Wayne Willard, 84, of Attica, passed away on November 25, 2018. He was born in Buffalo to the late Arthur and Lillian (Vining) Willard. In addition to his parents, Wayne is predeceased by his daughter; Caryl Jessup; sister Geri Luce.

Wayne served 8 years in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in 1961. Wayne was a semi-truck driver for various companies. He then owned and operated an excavation company. He retired from Kelly’s Blacktop in Depew, NY. Wayne was a past Noble Grand of the member of the Odd Fellows Attica Lodge. He was also a member of the West Middlebury Baptist Church for many years. Wayne married Mona (Dohse) Landin in 1971.

Wayne is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Mona; his children Linda (the late David) Jackett, Denise (Joseph) Welter, Robert (Adele) Landin, David (Teri) Landin, Marc (Suzanne Janes) Landin, and Jon (Peggy) Landin; 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on November 30, 2018 from 11:00AM – 1:00PM at the West Middlebury Baptist Church 4950 W Middlebury Rd. East Bethany, NY 14050. A 1:00PM Funeral Service will immediately following visitation.
