Patricia A. Daniel

Patricia A. (Streicher) Daniel 89 of Sheldon, beloved wife of the late Robert Daniel, passed away peacefully in her home on March 25, 2025.

Loving mother of two sons, James (Linda) Daniel, Gary (Ann) Daniel; grandmother to Deanna, Dylan, and Curtis Daniel, Krista (Howard) Gutzman and the late Brian Zanghi, great-grandmother to Mikaila and Aiden Zanghi; Hayden and Georgia Gutzman, sister-in-law to Jean (late Carl) George, Donna (Robert) Kirsch and Carol Grogan. Also survived by many friends, nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her parents, Norman “Pete” and Luella (Kibler) Streicher; sister, Mary Lou; brothers, Jack (late Margaret) Streicher and Donald Streicher.

Throughout life, Pat was very active in her faith and Catholic community. She was secretary at St. Cecilia’s Church for many years along with serving on the Liturgy committee and as the Director of Religious Education at St. Cecilia’s and other local churches. In her younger years, she enjoyed oil painting and going to the theatre. Pat also spent much of her life as a homemaker, raising her children and spending time with her grandchildren. Everyone who knew her would say “she’s the sweetest lady they ever met and never had a bad word to say”. Her kindness will be deeply missed.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at St. John Neumann Church, 991 Centerline Rd, Sheldon. She will be laid to rest in St. Cecilia’s Cemetery, Sheldon. Family will be present at 10 am at church before Mass.
