Betty Marzolf

Betty Marzolf, 73, of Darien Center passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday October 22, 2019 surrounded by her family. She was born on July 9, 1946 to the late Lloyd and Ernestine (Baetzhold) McJury.

Betty was a member of the Darien Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed doing ceramics, cross-stitching and gardening. She had a love for animals and loved going to her grandchildren’s football and baseball games.

She is survived by her loving husband who she married on May 6, 1967; Neil Marzolf; children Neil (Laura) Marzolf, Doug (Jennifer) Marzolf, Craig Marzolf and Todd (Ellen) Marzolf; Brother Ken (Sarah) McJury; grandchildren Jason, Hunter, Grace, Adrien, Carson, Scott and Nick Marzolf, along with many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to call from 4:00-7:00PM on Friday October 25, 2019 at Marley Funeral Home, LLC. 135 Main Street Attica, New York 14011. A 10:00AM Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday the 26th at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church 10677 Alleghany Rd. Darien Center, NY 14040. Betty will be laid to rest in Our Lady of Good Counsel Cemetery.
